For a while I’ve been recording my own meditations for my Druidry studies and playing them back to myself when doing the meditation – I just find it a lot easier than trying to visualise a story in the moment without getting distracted.
I’ve been meaning to start recording some general guided meditations to share and this is the first one!
For when you are struggling to focus on an activity or task or can’t seem to get motivated to do it or complete it. This meditation may help. Allow 20 minutes in a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted.
